• WhatsApp messages: messages you send to our WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp name and number, and delivery status of messages we send you.
• Website use: standard technical information our hosting provider records, such as browser type and pages visited. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To book, confirm, remind you about, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• To send appointment confirmations, video call links and replies on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• To answer your questions and provide care at the hospital.
• To keep records required by law.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not send medical diagnoses or test results over WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our booking and messaging, and only as needed to provide those services:

• Meta / WhatsApp (WhatsApp messages)
• Our payment provider (consultation fee payments)
• Vercel (website hosting)

We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment and message records for as long as needed to provide care and to meet legal and medical record-keeping requirements, then delete them.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete your information.
• You can stop WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” or telling the front desk.
• You can withdraw consent for non-essential messages at any time.
